Not to overuse the word, but I love this video.

I use the imaging of light every morning in my meditation time.

What I like about this presentation is how much time she spends focusing on getting the light within herself before she works on projecting light outside of herself. She describes this in ways that I find easy to understand.

I also think the universe played a bit of a trick on her with the outside lighting. Note the clouds blocking the sun at just the right time in her presentation.

This enjoyable four-minute video is worth your time.
